God Hates Fags … So Does Canada Post?

Well, maybe it’s just the management.
Or, maybe they’re just really, really anti-censorship.
It just seems to me that a pamphlet entitled: “The plague of this 21st Century: the consequences of the sin of homosexuality (AIDS)” is a bit much; even for a Canadian crown corporation.
Letter carriers - the folks who ought to be handing out the aforementioned vitriol - appropriately balked at the distasteful thought. They staged a mini-protest and stated that they ain’t gonna do it. Good for them.
If your boss told you that you should walk up to a person of a visible minority and start hollering slurs, wouldn’t you have a problem with that? I would. Even if my business was contractually obligated to religious nutsos.
The pamphlet was deemed acceptable and appropriate by Canada Post under its postal guide; meaning, of course, that the religious nutsos aren’t just hate-spewing nutsos, they’re affluent hate-spewing nutsos.
The management of Canada Post finally decided that the pamphlets will be placed in envelopes and delivered by management personnel.
Who’s paying for the envelopes?

Thank God for people like Ricardo! I’m not homosexual, but I love and accept everyone who is. I know this isn’t a personal choice, and it makes me sad that people would hate that much.
